Since we all have unique timing and lengths to our cycle, I provide balanced challenge programs and guidance so you can easily customize the workout schedule for where you’re at week to week. Who is Betty Rocker? Betty Rocker is me! My name is Bree Argetsinger, but I was called “punk rock Betty Crocker” since I was a little girl - which morphed into Betty Rocker! I’m a certified trainer, nutrition specialist and motivator of personal growth, and I support women all over the world of all ages as they transform inside and out.

My passion for fitness and health developed after treating my body very badly for many years and choosing to educate myself and do the work to develop good practices based on science, my own intuition and a deep love and compassion for other people who were struggling as well.

I have mastered many aspects of health and personal development, including becoming a C.H.E.K. (Corrective Exercise and High-performance Kinesiology) certified Exercise Coach, an I.S.S.A. certified nutrition specialist, and a Nationally Certified Structural Integration Practitioner (realignment of the body through manual therapy). I have pursued continuing education to incorporate training with your cycle, training in perimenopause and training post menopause in my programs.

My goal is to empower you with the skills and knowledge you need to make the best choices for yourself inside and out – so you can love the person you are, achieve the results you’re looking for, and enjoy yourself along the way.

Do I need any equipment to do the workout classes?

Just like the variety of home workout programs I offer, Rock Your Life includes challenges and classes that are bodyweight only (no equipment) as well as classes that incorporate simple, home workout equipment like dumbbells, an exercise ball, or stretchy bands. We provide guidance for options for you.

We also have classes that use heavier equipment like barbells and weight plates for those who have access to that type of equipment.

We provide information about the type of classes all the coaches are teaching, so you can pick the type of classes you want to take. We love variety, and we offer lots of it so you can find something to do anywhere, from your home gym to your hotel room!

Is there a new plan to follow every week?

Yes! The coaches and I create new classes for you 5 days a week, if you’d like to follow along with the new classes and supplement with the classes from the class library they’re posted for you inside of your member’s area as soon as we make them.

You are always welcome to join us for new live class recordings – I send out an email every Monday with the schedule for the week!

You can also choose to follow a challenge plan, to have a program to follow if you’re working on a specific goal!

How long are the workout classes and challenges?

Workout classes vary in length – as short as 15-20 minutes, mid length between 20-30 minutes, and longer 45 minute classes are all offered.

The challenges also have varied lengths so you can find something to suit you. There are shorter 15 minute challenges (like the #makefatcry challenge, which is also in there for you to use), challenges with mixed class lengths, and challenges that are more of the 30 minute workout time length.

You have access to the workout library as well, and if you’re following a challenge and don’t have as much time as the daily workout prescribes, you can swap in a different workout easily and stay on track.

How will I know where to start with everything?

As soon as you log into your private member’s area and go to the Rock Your Life tab, you’ll find a special orientation where I’ll walk you through everything Rock Your Life has so you can see what you have access to including how to find challenges, how to find recipes, how to get access to the group, find your bonuses and more! It’s all laid out and very easy to see, access and use. Just show up and I’ll walk you through it!

You don’t have to use everything all at once either – you can customize your experience and try things out to see what you enjoy. If you walked into a gym, you wouldn’t expect yourself to start using all the equipment the first day or the first week!

Getting to the right place and having access to what you need when you need it is the key to lasting success, and with Rock Your Life, everything you need right now and everything you’ll need as you progress is available to you.

If I’m doing the free #makefatcry challenge or following the Betty Rocker social media pages, am I already a member?

Rock Your Life is a monthly fitness membership that gives you access to my online home workout studio and online gym and everything it contains. It is not part of any other program, and new members can join anytime with a trial! Returning members are welcome back anytime, and can use the “returning members” button. The 30 day trial is available just once.

It includes dozens of different challenge workout programs you can follow (over 60 to choose from of all time lengths and types), a massive class library so you can choose any class you like and just push play. It is open 24/7!

How is the Rock Your Life Membership different from Premium Programs (Home Workout Domination, the 90 Day Challenge, etc)?

Rock Your Life is separate from standalone programs, and is a monthly membership that includes Challenge programs and workout classes that are not included anywhere else, and can be a perfect follow up to a premium program. All of the challenges include custom options for women in different life stages.

It is the perfect place to get more personalized support for any Betty Rocker programs you are using. Many members have used one or several of the premium programs in addition to the workout challenges and classes included in the membership and are incredibly supportive and helpful.

Being able to talk to the coaches and ask questions when you’re doing a program can be really helpful and supportive. If you're in our private women's fitness group, it can also be so motivating to check in and stay accountable while you go and also see how other people are navigating their own workouts and daily life.

How Do I Cancel My Membership? And what is the Cancellation Policy?

Simply email us at support@thebettyrocker.com and we will take care of the cancellation right away.

There is no commitment or obligation and you are not locked into anything. You can cancel at any time, there is no contract – billing is automatic and recurs monthly.

We do not refund partial months, however if you cancel within 7 days of having been billed, the team automatically will refund your most recent monthly payment as a courtesy.

How long you stay is completely up to you. As long as you are getting value from the classes, workouts, content, support and motivation, you should stay.

Many members find the program to be an integral part of their success and the results they get – specifically because it provides them with support and accountability – as well as fresh workouts.
